If the mat has a silicone rubber composition it may not stick well with any adhesive.
I guess what i m saying if you can avoid glueing them you ll be better off.
Any rubber flooring used as treads or rubber of any kind a special epoxy glue is to be used this should be sold where you got your treads.
While many adhesives work on wood it s difficult to find one that works well on rubber.
